3. Confirm delivery: in-person or digital

We confirm locations, dates, cohorts, and delivery mode. All programmes can be delivered in-person. Digital delivery is available for businesses, educational institutions, and government bodies on selected programmes (including AI).

The goal: delivery that fits your reality, not the other way around.

4. Attend facilitated training

Sessions are practical and interactive: scenario work, role-play, guided exercises and direct feedback from experienced trainers.

This is where confidence and competence are built.

5. Use the platform (supporting)

Participants can access our supporting platform to track progress, access resources, and store certificate-of-completion records.

Organisations can track cohorts where required.

6. Apply skills immediately
