About Us

Training That Leads to Work. Skills That Change Outcomes.

Empowering U Training exists to solve a simple problem with serious consequences: people want to work, employers want reliable staff, and yet unemployment remains high because key skills are missing.

We deliver practical workplace skills training across the UK and Europe to individuals, businesses and government bodies. Our focus is clear: customer service excellence, sales & retail skills, and integration training for newcomers.

Practical training
Skills that lead to real employment

Who We Are

We provide practical training that makes people employable and teams effective.

Employment is not only about motivation. It is often about competence. People can be eager, capable and willing to work—yet still struggle because they have never been trained in the basics of customer interaction, professional communication, workplace behaviour, or sales performance.

Empowering U Training exists to close that gap. We teach the practical skills that frontline roles require, and we do it in a way that translates directly into real workplaces across the UK and Europe.

Our focus areas

  • Customer Service Excellence — communication, complaints, difficult customers, professionalism
  • Sales & Retail Skills — consultative selling, objections, closing, upselling, performance
  • Integration Training — workplace culture, norms, expectations for newcomers

Leadership

Real-world experience. Professional delivery.

Empowering U Training is led by two leaders with complementary strengths—commercial, operational, and technical— focused on measurable outcomes for individuals and organisations.

John — Leadership & Delivery

John

John brings over four decades of senior leadership across multiple industries, spanning long-term managerial and director-level roles. He has led large teams, set performance standards, and negotiated at board and director level—driving results through people, systems, and clear expectations.

He has delivered business-facing seminars and structured training throughout Europe and the USA, helping organisations raise frontline standards, improve conversion, and build consistent service culture. John is also the owner of Code E Cars, an executive chauffeur business built on premium service standards.

Jack — Strategy, Systems & Standards

Jack

Jack combines technical leadership with extensive frontline and management experience in high-end sales and customer service environments, where professionalism, discretion, and trust are non-negotiable. His background includes premium client work where service quality and communication directly influence revenue and reputation.

Operating at managerial and director level, Jack has led standards, performance, and team delivery—bridging strategy and execution in live commercial settings. He also runs HiJack Web Design, strengthening Empowering U Training’s digital capability and systems thinking to keep programmes scalable, outcome-driven, and consistently delivered.

Leadership in Practice

Results delivered — wherever you are.

Empowering U Training was built on a simple principle: performance changes when thinking changes. We don’t just teach people what to do — we challenge how they think about standards, responsibility, customer interaction, and professional behaviour.

Many organisations try to fix performance by adding more information. But most issues aren’t knowledge problems — they’re mindset problems. Confidence under pressure, ownership of outcomes, judgement in live situations — these are thinking patterns first, skills second.

Our approach is deliberately hands-on and mindset-first. We create environments where expectations are clear, standards are non-negotiable, and individuals are empowered to raise their own performance — not because they’re copying a script, but because they understand what “good” looks like and why it matters.

Together, John and Jack combine operational leadership, sales and customer-service expertise, and modern systems thinking — designing programmes that strengthen behaviour, build professional confidence, and create lasting change across teams and organisations.

Whether supporting an individual into work or helping an organisation transform frontline standards, the outcome is the same: empowered people, aligned thinking, and measurable performance improvement.

Our Mission

Reduce unemployment by building employability skills that employers actually want.

The problem we solve

Youth unemployment and long-term unemployment continue to rise because many candidates lack workplace-ready skills. At the same time, employers struggle to find staff who can handle customers, communicate professionally, and perform reliably.

This creates a gap: people need work, businesses need staff, but both sides struggle because training is missing.

Our mission

We aim to reduce unemployment by equipping people with the skills they need to get hired, stay employed, and progress. Our training supports individuals, strengthens teams, and helps governments achieve workforce outcomes.

When skills improve, employment improves. It’s that simple.

Our Values

Professional standards, practical outcomes, human impact.

Practical Over Academic

We teach what happens in real jobs, not theory for theory’s sake. Skills should transfer directly from the training room to the workplace.

Professional Delivery

Training is delivered at professional venues with a structured approach. Participants deserve an environment that reflects real employment standards.

Clear Outcomes

Training isn’t about attendance. It’s about employability, performance improvement, confidence, and long-term progression.

Confidence Through Competence

Confidence without skill collapses under pressure. Skill builds real confidence—because you know what to do and how to do it.

Fair Access to Opportunity

Employment changes lives. We support pathways into work for young people, unemployed adults, and newcomers who need guidance to succeed.

Respect and Clarity

We teach people how to communicate professionally and respectfully—because clarity prevents conflict and improves workplace outcomes.

Who We Serve

Individuals, businesses, and government bodies across the UK and Europe.

Individuals

People who want to get hired, stay employed, and progress. Ideal for jobseekers, career changers, return-to-work candidates, and newcomers.

Businesses

Organisations that need stronger performance in customer service and sales. Improve standards, reduce complaints, and drive measurable results.

Government Bodies

Workforce development partnerships that reduce unemployment, move people off benefits, and support integration into employment.

Integration Training Provision

Supporting newcomers into employment through clear workplace skills.

Integration Training supports legal migrants by teaching workplace culture, communication norms, and the unwritten expectations that employers assume. This reduces misunderstandings and improves employment retention.

Where approved and sponsored by government bodies, the programme can also be delivered to supported cohorts including asylum seekers as part of structured employment and integration initiatives.

Why this matters

Many newcomers are qualified and motivated, but struggle because workplace culture is rarely explained explicitly. Clear training reduces friction, improves confidence, and helps people contribute faster.
